Ich sah ein Mal einen Auftritt von Kylie Minogue. Die Show wurde von Enrique Iglesias moderiert und, als er sie ankündigte und sie auf die Bühne kam, machte er folgende spontane Bemerkung

Diese Frau ist unglaublich: Sie scheint!
Sie leuchtet von innen heraus.

Ich sah sie mit Stefan Raab, als er ihr einen "Raabigramm" vorsingte. Ich sah sie auch in einem Sketch, mit ihrer Schwester, im Australischen Fernsehen. Und etwas fiel mir auf: Bei allem Erfolg (60 Mio. verkaufter Scheiben), bei aller Marketing-Maschinerie, bei allem Produkt-Management, diese Frau ist noch immer am strahlen, am leuchten. Das kann kein Werber kreieren, so was kann nicht entworfen werden. So was ist, ganz einfach. Die Spontaneität, mit der sie Raab begegnete, kann nicht aufgesetzt werden. Entweder sie ist vorhanden oder nicht. Das Lachen... Mir gefällt nicht alle Musik von Kylie, doch Geschmack ist Geschmack. Eines gefällt mir aber ganz sicher: Ihre Person. Bei aller erotisierung ihrer Person, bei allem Drum-Herum, obwohl der Name Kylie Minogue schon lange zur Marke geworden ist, kommt noch der Mensch zum Vorschein, so wie man es von den alten Rock-Stars kennt. So wie es mit den Retorten-Gruppen verloren ging. Mit der "homogeneisierung"... Und da ist eine zierliche Frau, die Welt-Erfolg und dennoch ein Lächen in die Welt verteilt, vom Herzen kommend, das dich umhaut!

Dies mag jetzt völlig Naif tönen, doch meiner Meinung nach wären wir gut beraten — wenn uns ein solcher Mensch schon in seine Welt einlädt — diese Einladung auch anzunehmen. Es gibt sie noch, diese Sonnen-Menschen. Bob Marley ist zum Beispiel einer gewesen. Mit einer kämpferischen Seite noch dazu. Gilberto Gil ist auch einer. Und es gibt sie, natürlich, nicht nur in der Musik-Branche. Es gäbe einen solchen Menschen für jeden Geschmack. Vielleicht sollten wir etwas mehr versuchen zu verstehen, wovon sie uns erzählen. Wie einfach es eigentlich ist. Wie einfach es eigentlich sein könnte. Welche Türen sie öffnen. Und noch so gerne für uns offen halten...
